This should be in everyone's shower. There are two kinds: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, For all skin types and Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, for normal to oily skin.
They look almost exactly alike, but if you aren't a moron you will notice one is for oily skin and one is gentle, or for dry skin. Or skin that's sensitive. And by that I mean gets itchy or red. C'mon people. Don't be the assholes I deal with on a daily basis. Know your skin type. Are you oily or dry or some combination therein? Then pick the appropriate Cetaphil and wash twice daily. We will get into fancier cleansing this week, but this is your Target/drugstore must have!
